A SPOT FREE RINSE SYSTEM,
C/W RO UNIT, STORAGE TANKS, SOFTENERS, CARBON FILTER AND RELATED
PLUMBING MUST BE SIZED TO SPECIFIC NUMBER OF BAYS. IF DESIRED, WE
WOULD BE PLEASED TO QUOTE THIS WHEN CAR WASH DESIGN AND SIZE HAS
BEEN DETERMINED.

Includes
- Supply and install stainless steel 1/2"
tubing and zinc plated O-ring style fittings from equipment
room to overhead booms as well as short hose at boom and
pump. Mounting of coin meters, instruction signs, mat clamps,
wand holders, and foam brush booms ect.
- Mounting of over booms in the centre of wash
bay at ceiling.
- Supply and install low-pressure poly lines
(two for foam brush and one for tire/motor cleaner) to bays
from equipment room.
- Hook up of low-pressure hoses from pump package
to customer supplied plumbing.
- Supply and install 15 conductor 18 gauge
PVC jacketed cable from our electrical starter panel to
coin meters.
